- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I wish I could give negative stars. This past Friday night, 2/17/17 there was a massive accident at the intersection of N Fountain Green and Thomas Run. The whole area was filled with police cars fire trucks and other cars with one cop directing traffic. It was my turn to go but he did not signal if I should go in front or behind him. He was directly in my way of turning. I slowly start moving my car as he stays put and SCREAMS at me "don't hit me YOU DUMBASS". I can understand the don't hit me part but to call an innocent citizen a dumbass for no reason at all is despicable. I thought you all were bad when I had to call for assistance after some woman rear ended me and then assaulted me. The police who showed up treated ME like the criminal and did NOTHING to her despite witnesses. Not to mention I see you all texting and driving and speeding every single day. This police department is a joke and the worst I've ever encountered. I am appalled at the people who call themselves police officers. You are not. You are bullies who think you're above the law. I hope some serious work is done within this department because it is horrific.By melissa g, November 03, 2016
