  This place has been nothing but a huge hassle and a complete waste of my time. Doing anything at this bank takes an hour. I first came interested in a car loan, so they made me open an account with $5 to apply. The car loan terms were mediocre and I did not end up going through with the loan. So now they have my $5 on randsom. So I came back in to close my account. I wasted an hour in line to be told because my account wasn't open for so many days I would be charged a fee to close it. I said fine I will forfeit the $5. Oh hell no, if there is no activity on the account they will start charging more fees and probably send it to debt collection in a year. I'm sitting at this horrible place again right now writing this review. Been here 20 minutes waiting in line. I just want my $5 back and nothing to do with this place every again.

  Always messed up my stuff had to go in there 3 times a week to see what was going on, so unreliable

  I've been banking with APG for several years now. I have never had an issue here. I initially signed up when I kept getting charged fee after fee at M&T Bank. The longest I've had to wait to be helped was probably 15 minutes. Which to me isn't bad at all! The world doesn't rotate around me! I would recommend this branch to friends and family. The staff is always super nice! Even if it's just a game face, it's professional.
